We understand that ___________________________________ is not an expert in outdoor safety or survival, first aid or other medical care, but only a volunteer whose purpose is to help arrange outdoor activities for the enjoyment of nature and the companionship of those who chose to participate. |
| We accept complete responsibility and liability for our own individual safety as well as any minors or pets that we bring to any activity of the group of individuals know as “Atlanta Single Hikers”. We acknowledge that this group (Atlanta Single Hikers) has no legal standing whatsoever and therefore cannot be held liable for accident or mishap that may happen to me or others |
| Furthermore, each of the undersigned persons agrees to indemnify and hold harmless any person who organizes, leads, or participates in any hike or other activity of Atlanta Single Hikers, as well as their heirs, and assigns, for any injury, accident, or loss from any and all causes and circumstances, including but not limited to Acts of God. |
